The sooner you
understand what builds muscle and basic human physiology the sooner will you
reach your goal of putting on massive amounts of muscle as quickly as is
possible.
One of the most
chronic things I see in the gym and have seen the last 20 years is a skinny guy
that looks the absolute same week in and out.
This is because they
don’t understand one or multiple fundamental points that lie behind what
actually makes muscle grow. They either are lifting improperly or they are not
eating right, or not sleeping enough. Note that lifting heavy especially
improperly means nothing. You can injure yourself and sustain a lifetime injury
that will always prevent you from ever becoming big. The principles we will be
employing in this book are based on “High Intensity Training” which will be
discussed in the next chapter.
